Gia Wilson was born on November 18, 1970, in New South Wales, Sydney,
Australia but she grew up in Papua New Guinea. She is 5'10" tall.
Her father Darcy Wilson being a military officer her family had
moved a dozen of times until she reached the age of 13. That is why
Peta learned how to adapt and perform easily.
The major breakthru in her acting carreer came in 1996 with the
television version of the French film La Femme Nikita. Peta was
nominated twice with Gemini Award for her performance on this
weekly series.
